Today was pretty sweet. A bunch of people from head office were out for a site tour, many of which I haven’t seen for a year. Everyone kept asking when the heck I’m coming back. Apparently they’ve been missing me! Also, tomorrow morning I’m leaving for Calgary. I’m picking up good vibrations.

Project: Fox Garden
Stage 3 of the garden has been finished: seeds planted. For your reference, stage 1 was tilling the land and adding manure and stage 2 was hammering some wooden fence posts in the ground around it and securing some chicken wire to keep animals out. Several hours of yard work done while the chickens were roaming about. Thousands of leaves burned to a crisp, leaving loads of ashes for the vegetable garden. Getting things cleaned up in general. Feels good, man. I kind of feel bad for people that can’t find pleasure in self-sustainability. And now for The Avengers.
